 We understand that things don’t always go as planned (hello, parent life). Here's how we handle returns.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with Cubby Bubs. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or refund, as long as the item is returned in its original condition: unopened, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Change of mind returns

If you’ve had a change of heart, you may request an exchange or store credit when:

  • Your item is returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The product is still in unused, original condition with all tags intact

How to request a return

To lodge a return, email us at hello@cubbybubs.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re unable to cover parcels lost in transit.

Sale and outlet/clearance items

Sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale. These items cannot be returned for change of mind. Returns will only be accepted if the product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@cubbybubs.com with a description of the issue and clear photos.
If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or is not as described, we’ll happily arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Please keep in mind: Damage from general wear, misuse, or not following care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.
